Our Objects & Operational Framework

We operate as a structured non-profit registered under Section 8, governed by formal primary and ancillary charter objects.

Primary Mission Objects

1. Inclusive Education

To promote inclusive, accessible, and technology-enabled education by developing and disseminating digital learning tools, Technology (AI)-assisted platforms, and specialized resources for underserved communities and children with disabilities.

2. Skill Development & Livelihood Promotion

To undertake vocational training, capacity building, and livelihood enhancement programs for marginalized groups, including persons with disabilities, through adaptive training and inclusive employment pathways.

3. Climate Action, Mangrove Afforestation & Urban Forestry

To conserve and restore natural ecosystems by implementing mangrove afforestation, coastal bio-shields, urban forestry, pollution-mitigation initiatives, and other nature-based climate resilience activities.

4. Sustainable Agriculture & Rural Development

To promote sustainable agriculture, agroforestry, commercial mycology, and integrated farming systems through training, demonstration, research, and rural livelihood development programs.

5. Community Welfare & Social Protection

To undertake welfare initiatives for vulnerable groups including children, senior citizens, and animals by establishing literacy programs, care facilities, shelters, and community support services. Also healthcare initiatives such as preventing Malnutrition, anaemia, creating awareness on TB, malaria, RCH, menstrual hygiene, personal hygiene etc.

Ancillary / Incidental Objects

Research & Innovation

To conduct studies, surveys, pilot projects, and research supporting the primary objects.

Partnerships

To collaborate with government bodies, academic institutions, NGOs, and corporate entities for program implementation.

Capacity Building

To organize workshops, seminars, training programs, and awareness campaigns related to education, environment, livelihoods, and welfare.

Resource Mobilization

To receive grants, donations, CSR funds, and contributions strictly in furtherance of the above objects without profit distribution.

Infrastructure

To establish centres, nurseries, training hubs, and community facilities necessary for carrying out the primary objects.
